Major Sales Inc. ("Major Sales", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information about you when you use our website and CRM platform, including when you connect third-party integrations such as Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business. By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us for support. This includes personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, job title, company name), account credentials, communication data, and payment information processed securely through our payment provider. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform: usage data, device and log data (IP address, browser type, operating system), and cookies as described below. When you connect third-party integrations such as Google Workspace or WhatsApp Business, we may collect additional data from those services as described in the dedicated sections below.
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the Major Sales platform; process transactions and send related communications; respond to support requests; monitor usage patterns; detect and prevent fraudulent activity; and comply with legal obligations. Data obtained through third-party integrations (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API) is used solely to deliver the specific features those integrations power — such as email synchronization and message automation — and for no other purpose.
When you connect your Google account to Major Sales, we request OAuth 2.0 authorization to access certain Google Workspace data — which may include Gmail messages, email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date), contacts, and calendar events — strictly to provide inbox sync, email tracking, and contact enrichment features within the platform. Our use of data received from Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: • We access only the Google data necessary to deliver the features you have enabled. • We do not use Google user data to serve you advertisements. • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request it (e.g., for support), it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or you have given express consent. • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., secure cloud infrastructure), and never for advertising or profiling. • We store Google-sourced data only as long as needed to deliver the integration features or as required by law. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access will disable Google-dependent features within the platform.
Major Sales integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to enable automated messaging, customer conversations, and campaign delivery through WhatsApp. When you use this integration: • Contact data (phone numbers, names) and message content you send or receive through WhatsApp may be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. • We transmit messages on your behalf as a registered WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) or through a licensed BSP. We do not store message content beyond the period needed to display it in your CRM inbox and audit logs. • Message delivery metadata (sent/delivered/read timestamps) is collected to provide analytics within the platform. • You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from all end-users before sending them WhatsApp messages, as required by Meta's policies and applicable law. • We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your CRM workflows. You may disconnect the WhatsApp integration at any time from your platform settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with: • Service providers who perform services on our behalf (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, WhatsApp BSP infrastructure). • Meta Platforms, Inc. when you use the WhatsApp Business integration, limited to data necessary to send and receive messages. • Google LLC when you use the Google Workspace integration, limited to authenticating and retrieving data you have authorized. • In connection with a business transfer or acquisition. • When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority. • With your explicit consent. Any third-party service providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with this policy and applicable privacy law.
Major Sales operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored in servers located outside your country of residence, including in Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms under applicable law.
Depending on where you are located, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data: Indonesia (UU PDP — Personal Data Protection Law): You have the right to obtain information about your personal data held by us, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to automated processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@majorsales.id. European Union / EEA (GDPR): The lawful bases for our processing include contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., your national Data Protection Authority). California, USA (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email support@majorsales.id with the subject "CCPA Request." All Users: Regardless of location, you may access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at support@majorsales.id. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law).
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@majorsales.id. After deletion, anonymized data may be retained for up to 36 months for analytics and legal compliance. Google Workspace and WhatsApp integration data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of disconnecting the respective integration, unless longer retention is required by law.
We use essential cookies (required for authentication), analytics cookies (to understand usage), and preference cookies (to remember your settings). You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access controls, and regular security assessments. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@majorsales.id.
Major Sales is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us at support@majorsales.id.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
