Major Sales assumes no liability for Third-Party Services, and you access and use them at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions ("Suggestions") you provide to Major Sales regarding the Service remain the sole and exclusive property of Major Sales. These Terms are published in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. In the event of any conflict or difference in interpretation, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail, in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 24 of 2009.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Major Sales. Major Sales may seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting a bond in case of any breach or anticipated breach by you. The Service is operated from Indonesia and is not intended for use where it would violate local law; those accessing it from other locations do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.
Major Sales is not responsible for any content, code, or inaccuracies associated with the Service. In no event shall Major Sales be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service or its contents.
